Dr. Alezandre Dauphin is a Haitian-Canadian, as well as the coordinator and medical lead of St. Joseph's Health System International Outreach Program, in Hamilton, which has been providing medical aid to Haiti since 1990. He discusses the medical needs of the Haitian people after the earthquake and how his organization is planning to help.
