Last year, Niagara's Fallsview Casino produced an ad where a man dodges a bullet when he is caught at work doing an unflattering impression of his boss. It was part of the casino's "anyone can get lucky" campaign:
Well, Sunday, the man playing the office impressionist won a very prestigious Oscar.
Nat Faxon, known for acting in other commercials, and for being one of the voices on the short-lived animated series "Allen Gregory," was awarded Best Adapted Screenplay alongside colleagues Alexander Payne and Jim Rash for the film "The Descendants," starring George Clooney.
Who knew Ontario's casinos had such a discerning eye for talent?
